For more than 60 years, Jukes has been built on clear advice, personal service and long-term client relationships. Joining JMG Group allows us to build on these strengths, while staying true to the values that have always defined us.

There are no changes to your policies, contacts, or the way you deal with us as a result of this announcement.

James Godsall and Arran Williams will continue to lead the business, supported by the same experienced team you already know and trust.

Founded by Ivor Jukes in 1963, Jukes Insurance Brokers has grown from a one-man business into a 17-strong team serving personal and commercial clients across the Midlands and beyond.

The business has been shaped over the decades by successive generations of leadership, with Ken Godsall taking the reins in 1982, followed by Richard Godsall, whose long tenure helped shape much of the business clients know today, including those who joined as part of the acquisitions of Pat Fielding Insurance Brokers in 2001, and John Griffiths Insurance Brokers in 2005.

Current Managing Director James Godsall joined the business in 2019, helping to lead recent growth which has included expansion into Warwick through the acquisition of North Warwick Insurance Services in 2022. This acquisition was followed by SO Insurance Services in 2024, strengthening the business while retaining the people and relationships clients value.

As Jukes joins JMG Group, that long-standing heritage remains an important part of who we are. While ownership has evolved, the values that have defined the business for more than 60 years remain unchanged: personal service, trusted advice and long-term client relationships.

James Godsall and Arran Williams continue to lead Jukes into its next chapter, now with the backing of JMG Group.
